By accessing our website and placing orders, you accept and agree to the practices described in the Return and Cancellation Policy, the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement.

RETURN POLICY
Shopping from our physical stores : Citrus Boutique or Citrus Resort:
The product can be returned to any Citrus Boutique store within 10 days from the date of purchase, together with the receipt. The product will be checked within a reasonable period of time, and if it meets the following criteria, we will proceed with the return. The product can be exchanged for a coupon or another product of equal value.

Criteria:
- Include all products, and accessories
- The product and accessories have not been damaged or worn besides trying it on.
If, however, during the inspection, it is found that any of the above criteria are not met, where the customer is responsible for the destruction of the product, or the parts, then the company may not accept the return or the change of product.

Purchases from our online store (www.citrusboutique.cy)
The product can be returned within 14 working days from the delivery date, together with the receipt.
It is noted that the responsibility and any costs incurred for the transport of the product back to the store are borne by the buyer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
How to cancel your electronic order
• If you have chosen the Receipt from Citrus store, you can cancel your order up to 1 working day from the date of order confirmation.
• If you have chosen the Receipt from ACS Courier delivery office, you can cancel your order before your product is given to the delivery service. After sending your product, the status of your order will be updated automatically and you will no longer be able to cancel it.

You can, of course, return the product you purchased by following the return instructions as described above in the “Return Policy” and in cases 1 and 2.

Αγορές από το ηλεκτρονικό μας κατάστημα (www.citrusboutique.cy)
Η επιστροφή του προϊόντος μπορεί να γίνει σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα Citrus εντός 14 εργάσιμων ημερών από την ημερομηνία αποστολής του πακέτου μαζί με την απόδειξη.
Σημειώνεται ότι η ευθύνη και οποιαδήποτε έξοδα προκύψουν για τη μεταφορά του προϊόντος πίσω στο κατάστημα επιβαρύνουν τον αγοραστή.  
 
Το προϊόν θα ελεγχθεί σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα, και εφόσον πληρεί τα πιο κάτω κριτήρια, θα προχωρήσουμε με την επιστροφή. Το προϊόν μπορεί να ανταλλαχθεί με κουπόνι ή με άλλο προϊόν ίσης αξίας.

Κριτήρια:
- Να συμπεριλαμβάνει όλα τα προϊόντα, και παρελκόμενα
- Το προϊόν, και τα παρελκόμενα αξεσουάρ δεν έχουν υποστεί ζημιά ή αλλοιώσεις και δεν εχει φορεθεί εκτός από δοκιμή σε σημείο πέραν αυτού που είναι αναγκαίο.
Εάν όμως κατά τον έλεγχο, διαπιστωθεί ότι κάποιο από τα πιο πάνω κριτήρια δεν πληρούνται, και πως το προϊόν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί από τον πελάτη σε σημείο πέραν αυτού που είναι αναγκαίο για τη διαπίστωση της φύσης, των χαρακτηριστικών και της λειτουργίας του προϊόντος, τότε ο πελάτης ευθύνεται για την καταστροφή του προϊόντος, η των παρελκόμενων, τότε η εταιρία ενδέχεται να μην δεχθεί την επιστροφή η και την αλλαγή του προϊόντος.

ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΑΚΥΡΩΣΕΩΝ
Πώς να ακυρώσετε την ηλεκτρονική σας παραγγελία
•    Εάν έχετε επιλέξει την Παραλαβή από κατάστημα Citrus, μπορείτε να ακυρώσετε την παραγγελία σας μέχρι και 1 εργάσιμη μέρα από την ημερομηνία επιβεβαίωσης την παραγγελίας.
•    Εάν έχετε επιλέξει την Παραλαβή από γραφείο παράδοσης ACS Courier, μπορείτε να ακυρώσετε την παραγγελία σας  πριν το προϊόν σας δοθεί στην υπηρεσία παράδοσης. Μετά την αποστολή του προϊόντος σας, η κατάσταση της παραγγελίας σας θα ενημερωθεί αυτόματα και δεν θα μπορείτε πλέον να την ακυρώσετε.

Μπορείτε, φυσικά, να επιστρέψετε το προϊόν που αγοράσατε, ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες επιστροφής όπως περιγράφονται παραπάνω στην «Πολιτική επιστροφών» και στις περιπτώσεις 1 και 2.
